| SPDR S&P Transportation is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before expenses, the performance of an index derived from the transportation segment of a U.S. total market composite index. In seeking this objective, the Fund uses a replication strategy. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment porfolio totaled $384,253,990 and $384,046,437, respectively.
