First Trust International Multi-Asset Diversified Income Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the NASDAQ International Multi-Asset Diversified Income Indexsm (the Index). The Index is designed to provide access to a diversified portfolio of small, mid and large-capitalization income producing securities. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets in common stocks included in the Index. As of Sept 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $5,492,922 and its investment portfolio was valued at $5,151,240.
