Through various controlled entities in People's Republic of China (China), Co. is engaged in the development and operation of real estate in China. Co. operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary Energetic Mind Limited, which operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ricofelix Capital (HK) Limited, which operates through its subsidiary Wuhan Yangtze River Newport Logistics Co., Ltd., which primarily engages in the business of real estate and infrastructural development and operating a port logistics center located in Wuhan, Hubei Province in China.
