SPDR Barclays Capital Emerging Markets Local Bond is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of an index that tracks the fixed-rate local currency sovereign debt of emerging market countries. In seeking this objective, the Fund uses a sampling strategy. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment porfolio totaled $100,109,563 and $95,102,463, respectively. Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
