| Guggenheim BRIC is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an equity index called The Bank of New York Mellon BRIC Select DR Index (the Index). The Index consists of American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts selected, based on liquidity, from a universe of all listed depositary receipts of companies from Brazil, Russia, India and China trading on the United States exchanges. As of Aug 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $92,173,567 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $91,444,049.
