GoodRx is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. owns and operates a prescription drug price comparison platform using data from local and mail-order pharmacies in the United States. Co. also provides pharmacy coupons to customers. Co. offers generic and brand name pricing; alerts clients on manufacturer co-pay cards, pharmacy discounts, and state discount programs; and provides tips on slashing drug prices. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing GDRX market cap history over the course of time is important for investors

Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
