SPDR Nuveen S&P High Yield Municipal Bond is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of an index that tracks the U.S. high yield municipal bond market and to provide income that is exempt from federal income taxes. In seeking this objective, the Fund uses a sampling strategy. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment porfolio totaled $395,318,631 and $378,228,569, respectively. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
