Investors Bancorp is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiary, Investors Bank, Co. is engaged in the business of accepting deposits from the public through its branch network and by an online channel and borrowing funds in the wholesale markets to originate loans and to invest in securities. Co.'s loan portfolio is comprised of multi-family loans, commercial real estate loans, commercial and industrial loans, construction loans, residential mortgage loans and consumer and other loans. Co. also provides consumer loans, which include home equity loans and home equity lines of credit. Co.'s deposits are focused on savings, checking and money market accounts.
