iShares U.S. Aerospace & Defense is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Aerospace & Defense Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of the aerospace and defense sector of the United States equity market. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Apr 30 2015, the Fund's total assets were $563,397,557 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $563,184,154. Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
