In this segment, Co. provides title and escrow, mortgage, and insurance services. Carefree Title Agency, Inc., its wholly-owned title company, provides title insurance and closing/settlement services to its homebuyers. Meritage Homes Insurance Agency, Inc., its wholly-owned insurance broker, works in collaboration with insurance companies nationwide to provide homeowners insurance and other insurance products to its homebuyers.
