Co.'s commercially available medicines include INGREZZA®, which provides a once-daily dosing treatment option for tardive dyskinesia and has three dosing options (40 mg, 60 mg and 80 mg capsules); and ONGENTYS®, which is a once-daily, peripherally acting Catechol-O-methyltransferase inhibitor utilized to prolong the duration of effect of levodopa, the primary treatment option for Parkinson's disease patients, during periods of the day where the effects of levodopa wear off and motor symptoms worsen.
