Co. conducts its operations through three operating segments. Co.'s Servicing segment services both forward and reverse loan portfolios through its Nationstar Mortgage and Champion Mortgage brands. Co.'s Originations segment comprises both direct-to-consumer and correspondent lending. Co.'s Xome segment is a provider of technology and data solutions to home buyers, home sellers, real estate personnel and companies engaged in the origination and/or servicing of mortgage loans.
