| Pershing Gold is a gold and precious metals exploration company pursuing exploration, development and mining opportunities primarily in Nevada. Co. is focused on exploration at its Relief Canyon properties in Pershing County in northwestern Nevada. None of Co.'s properties contain proven and probable reserves, and its activities on several of its properties are exploratory in nature. We show 19 historical shares outstanding datapoints in our PGLC shares outstanding history coverage, used to compute PGLC market cap on those dates.
