The SPDR MSCI USA Quality Mix ETF (the “Fund”) is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index based upon the U.S. equity market. In seeking to track the performance of the MSCI USA Quality Mix A-Series Index (the “Index”), the Fund employs a sampling strategy. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment porfolio totaled $5,858,934 and $5,849,552, respectively.
