Randolph Bancorp is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiary, Envision Bank (Bank), Co. provides a range of financial services, which consist of accepting deposits and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations, brokered deposits and borrowings, in one- to four-family residential mortgage loans, commercial real estate loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, commercial and industrial loans, construction loans, consumer loans, and investment securities. The Bank provides a range of deposit accounts, including statement savings accounts, certificates of deposit, money market accounts, commercial and regular checking accounts, and IRAs.
