iShares 10-20 Year Treasury Bond is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of United States Treasury bonds with remaining maturities between 10-20 years. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. Due to the use of representative sampling, the Fund may or may not hold all of the securities that are included in the Index. As of Feb 28 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $665,953,513 and $663,197,979 respectively. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing TLH market cap history over the course of time is important for investors
interested in comparing TLH's market cap history versus its peers.
Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
a price of $20 per share and think the latter company is worth twice as much. Of course, that is a completely meaningless comparison without also knowing how many shares outstanding there are for each of the two companies,
