Verra Mobility is a provider of smart mobility technology solutions throughout the U.S., Australia, Europe and Canada. Co.'s solutions are provided through three segments: Commercial Services, which provides automated toll and violations management and title and registration solutions to rental car companies, fleet management companies and other fleet owners; Government Solutions, which provides automated safety solutions including road safety cameras to detect and process traffic violations for red-light, speed, school bus, and city bus lanes; and Parking Solutions, which provides end-to-end commercial parking management solutions in the markets it serves.
