iShares S&P 500 Growth Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P 500/Citigroup Growth Index (the Growth Index). The Growth Index measures the performance of the large-capitalization growth sector of the United States equity market. The Growth Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Growth Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Growth Index. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $12,876,664,334 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $12,862,668,838. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing IVW market cap history over the course of time is important for investors

Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
