NexTier Oilfield Solutions is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged as a land oilfield service company. Co. provides its services through its operating subsidiaries to exploration and production customers. Co. provides its services in several active basins in the U.S., including the Permian, the Marcellus Shale/Utica, the Eagle Ford, Haynesville and the Bakken/Rockies. Co.'s segments are: Completion Services, which provides fracturing services, wireline and pumping services, and completion support services; and Well Construction and Intervention Services, which provides cementing services and coiled tubing services.
