| Roan Resources is an independent oil and natural gas company focused on the development of its assets throughout the eastern and southern Anadarko Basin. Co. owns leasehold interests in oil and natural gas properties located in the Anadarko Basin in Oklahoma. The Anadarko Basin spans from south-central Oklahoma to the northeast corner of the Texas panhandle. As operator, Co. designs and manages the development of a well and supervise operation and maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis.
