Kronos Bio is a late-stage clinical development biopharmaceutical company, with a focus on developing therapeutics that target the dysregulated transcription that causes cancer and other serious diseases. Co.'s primary product candidate, entospletinib, is an orally administered, selective spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) inhibitor. Co. is also developing lanraplenib, its orally-administered SYK inhibitor.
