Old Republic International is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides insurance underwriting and related services. Co.'s segments are: General Insurance, which provides property and liability insurance such as Automobile Extended Warranty Insurance, Aviation, Commercial Automobile Insurance, Commercial Multi-Peril and Commercial Property; Title Insurance, which consists of the issuance of policies to real estate purchasers and investors based upon searches of the public records that contain information concerning interests in real property; and Republic Financial Indemnity Group Run-off, which consists of its mortgage guaranty and consumer credit indemnity operations.
